Philippine-New Zealand (PHIL-NZ) Human Resources Limited was established in early 2007 to help alleviate the Kiwi skilled labour shortage needs through the recruitment and employment of Filipino skilled professionals and tradespeople. Our company’s main aim is “to act as a bridge” (hence our company logo!) between the employers here in New Zealand with a huge demand but only a dire supply of skilled professionals and tradespeople (as evidenced by Immigration New Zealand’s List of Long-Term and Immediate-Term Skill Shortages) AND the significant supply of readily-available skilled Filipino labour force known all over the world for their excellent work ethics, professionalism, English language proficiency and easy adaptability to any culture.

Led by Cecille Charnley as the Managing Director with her husband Eric Charnley as Co-Director, Philippine-New Zealand (PHIL-NZ) Human Resources Limited has established offices in Auckland, New Zealand and Makati, Philippines. The company is registered with the New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development’s Companies Office with Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration No. 96-876-199.
